Dr. Scott Mosser, Board-certified Plastic Surgeon
Scott W. Mosser, MD began his career in Medicine as a Fulbright Scholar to Ecuador, where he spent a year investigating the Ecuadorian healthcare system. He is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX) and Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH), where he completed his internship and six years of comprehensive general and plastic surgery training. This was followed by a year-long fellowship dedicated to cosmetic surgery, during which time he perfected his techniques in facial and body cosmetic surgery. Dr. Mosser has dedicated himself to his patients and strives to remain at the forefront of the changes and new technologies of plastic and cosmetic surgery.
When he is not working, Dr. Mosser is a dedicated adventurer, avid world traveler, lover of the performing arts and most of all he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Charity Rose, Director of Communications
Charity Rose is a trans non-binary individual with a passion for providing wellness and care for those who would otherwise be unable to attain. With 8 years of non-profit management experience, they were looking to grow professionally in a space where they could be seen and understood. Working for the Gender Confirmation Center of San Francisco is a perfect combination of finding safety for themself and being able to extend it to others in the community. Charity manages a variety of trans health improvement projects in addition to coordinating gender education conferences for Dr. Scott Mosser. They are honored to have the privilege to extend their knowledge of trans healthcare and wellness in order to shed light upon issues affecting the community today.
Originally a flat lander, they moved to California for the mountains and ocean. In their free time they can be found trail running in the East Bay Parks, admiring other people's dogs, and reading.
Anna C. Petras, RN, MS, NP-BC – Aesthetic Nurse
Anna is a board certified nurse practitioner who has been practicing Aesthetic Medicine for the past 7 years. With a background in women’s health and holistic medicine, Anna has a very down-to-earth approach with an emphasis on creating natural appearing results.
Anna’s passion at work is to form a partnership with her patients to help create individualized treatment plans that best suit their unique needs. With a keen eye for symmetry and balance, she enjoys using her advanced training in injectables and laser technologies to create youthful and refreshed results with minimal downtime.
Originally from the Boston area, Anna is a true Californian at heart and loves exploring all the natural beauty of the Bay Area. When not at work, you can find her at home snuggling with her beautiful baby boy.
Sally E. Sherrard, PA-C - Aesthetic Physician Assistant
Sally is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery. She completed her master’s in medical science from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Sally has over six years of clinical experience.
Sally aims to have her patients feeling gorgeous, confident, and empowered when they leave the office. She has extensive experience with injectibles and lasers and can personalize a treatment plan tailored to her patient’s desires and expectations. Sally takes great care to educate patients about how our procedures and products work and clearly explains what to expect.
In her free time, Sally likes hanging with her husband and two fluffy cats, working out at Barry’s Bootcamp, and traveling to new cities. She is a volunteer at the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She moved to the Bay Area two years ago and is always on the hunt for a great restaurant, so be sure to give her a recommendation!
Andria Baltodano – Practice Administrator
Our Practice Administrator, Andria, has been a professional in the medical & aesthetic field for the past seven years. During this time, she has had the privilege of building relationships with patients from all over the world. Andria is very dedicated to the overall patient experience in our office. She has had a part in hand-selecting each member of our staff and she takes great pride in the service each one provides. Her compassion for others shines through in every patient interaction.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Andria knows all the hidden gems that San Francisco has to offer. When she’s not spending time with family or friends, you can find her out on the town dancing Salsa or practicing her Argentine Tango.
Georgina Sanchez – Patient Coordinator
Georgina has worked in the Aesthetic Industry for over 10 years. Her career started off as an Esthetician and Makeup Artist but her interest in Medical Aesthetics motivated her to receive a Bachelor in Health Care Administration and a Medical Assisting Degree. Working in Plastic and Cosmetic Dermatology has been the perfect fit for her. As the Azala Ambassador, Georgina’s personable approach with patients makes them feel at ease with her warm and friendly energy. She currently serves as a “go-to” person due to in depth knowledge of cosmetic treatments and skincare. On her free time she enjoys visiting museums with her two boys who share her interests in Astronomy and Art History.
Amy Tam, Sales Manager, Azala Medical Aesthetics
Our Azala Sales Manager, Amy has been in the medical and beauty industry since 2008. Born and raised in San Francisco, Amy graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design and Development. She has always had a love for the arts and a passion for the art of beauty. She then continued to get her Esthetician license. Amy offers the most exceptional patient care and experience. She will work with you each step of the way in planning your treatment plan and is dedicated to helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.
She is the proud mother of two sons who love playing little league baseball and soccer. Amy enjoys watching her favorite baseball team, the San Francisco Giants with her little ones. In her spare time, she enjoys being active in her sons’ leagues and volunteering in their schools and community.
Kiana Ambris, Surgery Coordinator, Gender Confirmation Center
Kiana’s main focus as Surgery Coordinator is to provide every patient with an amazing and attentive experience. Realizing that surgery is a pivotal life decision, Kiana takes pride in nurturing a relaxing environment where patients can feel at ease by her informative approach. She is also a Registered Medical Assistant and loves playing a key role in being able to care for, and build relationships with those she comes in contact with.
In Kiana’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and close friends, indulging in the outdoors, and expanding her palette of favorite foods.
Ashley Nicole Mikell, Marketing and Relations Manager, Azala Medical Aesthetics
Have you ever experienced the opportunity to connect with a practice before visiting the office? When was the last time you received a treatment and communication didn’t stop at check-out? Meet Ashley, our Marketing and Relations Manager. Ashley is a Licensed Esthetician with a background in Customer Service, Digital Marketing, and Performing Arts. Her welcoming demeanor, in addition to hospitable approach is enriched by her ability to listen, and foster meaningful rapports. You can count on Ashley to create a memorable experience whether over the phone, during a visit, or at an Azala event.
When away from the office, Ashley enjoys star gazing, modern art shows, recreating meals from her favorite restaurants, attending sporting events, and traveling the world.
Brandi “B” Foucheaux, Insurance Advocate, Gender Confirmation Center
Brandi or “B” is honored to introduce them self as your Insurance Advocate at the Gender Confirmation Center. Finding ways to build bridges, making transgender health accessible, and understandable for everyone is their vocation. Brandi’s gender identity is transmasculine/nonbinary/gender expansive, and uses pronouns they/them. Their core values are kindness, courtesy, justice, love, and respect.
B is from a small beach town in California and appreciates spending their downtime with friends and family. Practicing self-estimable acts, ocean-gazing, performing drag and creating vlogs are also amongst Brandi’s interest. They have over 10 years of experience in the service industry, a background in Communications, and volunteer as a Safety Monitor for the SF Trans and Dyke March.
Fun fact: their last name is pronounced similar to the saying "Fasho!"

Eric exemplifies what being a Medical Assistant truly is. Eric has a sincere passion for patient care including a highly effective understanding of what it takes to genuinely connect with every patient that he sees. With 13 years of clinical experience, Eric’s dedication to patient education along with a commitment to excellence will help make your visit with us a memorable experience.
In Eric’s spare time, he loves to visit AT&T Park (GO GIANTS), play video games, and perform the National Anthem at local major sporting events.
Yesenia Martinez, Lead Practitioner Assistant, Azala Medical Aesthetics
Yesenia is passionate about the aesthetics and everything beauty. She loves to help people feel their most glamorous self. Yesenia is a licensed cosmetologist, with a focus in skincare. Ensuring every patient is well taken care of, and promoting a delightful experience is what she is all about! In her free time, Yesenia enjoys discovering new California beach towns, absorbing sun rays and making a splash- But not without her sunscreen of course.
