Brianna Smith, PA-C (she/her)

Brianna is a board certified physician assistant specializing in surgical gender-affirming care who has practiced at The Gender Confirmation Center of San Francisco since 2025. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Neuroscience before completing physician assistant training at the University of Colorado, graduating in 2021.

Following graduation, she spent four years practicing in general surgery, where she developed strong clinical and procedural skills while caring for patients across the surgical continuum. This foundation provided extensive experience in perioperative care, patient education, and collaborative team-based treatment.

Brianna is deeply committed to serving and uplifting underrepresented minority communities, with a particular passion for supporting and advocating alongside the transgender and gender diverse communities. She is currently an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, California Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants.
