Brianna is a board certified physician assistant specializing in surgical gender-affirming care who has practiced at The Gender Confirmation Center of San Francisco since 2025. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Neuroscience before completing physician assistant training at the University of Colorado, graduating in 2021.

Dr. Eric Lin is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with nearly 30 years of experience in a variety of breast surgeries. He values the importance of learning about patients’ perspectives to best help them achieve their desired goals. In addition to offering gender surgeries, Dr Lin also remains active as a post-cancer reconstructive surgeon and serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the California Northstate University, College of Medicine.

Dr. Alexander Facque is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 5 years of experience in gender-affirming care and is proud to bring his skills in gender-affirming facial surgery, top surgery, and gender-focused body contouring. He is a member of the queer community devoted to improving the quality of care for trans, nonbinary, and gender diverse communities.

Dr. Ari Wes is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at the Gender Confirmation Center specializing in gender-affirming facial surgery and top surgery. Over the past decade, his training and clinical practice have focused extensively on gender-affirming care, with dedicated experience in facial feminization and chest surgery and a sustained commitment to transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse patients. He trained at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Perelman School of Medicine, where he developed expertise in craniofacial surgery, breast reconstruction, body contouring, and surgical outcomes research. He is committed to clear communication, thoughtful planning, and meticulous technique so patients feel informed and supported throughout their surgical care.

Dr. Efstathios Karamanos is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with expertise in microsurgery, breast reconstruction, body contouring, and facial surgery. He has trained at leading institutions in both the United States and Europe and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Surgery at the California University of Science and Medicine. Dr. Karamanos is widely published, serves on multiple editorial boards, and is an active member of national surgical societies.

Dr. Ellie Zara Ley is a board-certified plastic surgeon who is a recognized expert with vast experience and knowledge in all aspects of transgender and gender diverse surgical care. She is the only transgender woman of color to offer a full-spectrum specialization in gender-affirming surgery: top surgery, bottom surgery, facial surgery and body contouring. Prior to joining our team in 2022, she worked as an assistant clinical instructor of plastic surgery at the University of Utah and had her own private practice in Arizona.

Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy is an internationally recognized expert in the care of transgender and gender-diverse individuals. For more than two decades, she has been a leading voice in advancing clinical care and research for people navigating gender identity. She has dedicated her career to ensuring access to affirming medical care, with a focus on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and comprehensive support for transgender health.

Dr. Jonathan Warus is an adolescent medicine physician who has been working in the care of transgender and gender-diverse individuals for over 10 years. Additionally, Dr. Warus has worked in research aimed at improving the quality of care provided to this population. Dr. Warus strives to provide patient- and family-centered care in an open and affirming environment to meet the needs and goals of each unique patient.

Dr. Daniel Jacobs is a board-certified plastic surgeon who brings over 30 years of experience in reconstructive plastic surgery and research. He is proud to bring his skills in top surgery and provide outstanding surgical care for transmasculine, transfeminine, non-binary and gender-expansive patients.

Dr. Scott Mosser is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a deep and long-lasting commitment to gender confirmation surgery. He has over 13 years of experience and has been exclusively devoted to gender-affirming care since he opened the GCC (Gender Confirmation Center ) in 2013. He works to educate himself on the needs of the transgender community and collaborates with fellow medical professionals to ensure transgender healthcare receives the attention and knowledge-sharing it needs to properly serve all transgender people.
