Masculinizing bottom surgery, also known as “FTM” bottom surgery, offers two methods for constructing a penis: metoidioplasty and phalloplasty, often referred to as “meta” and “phallo”. While both of these procedures will create a penis, they vary in aesthetics, sensitivity and function.
