Lee Weber, MD (he/him)

Dr. Weber is fellowship-trained in Craniofacial Gender Affirming Surgery and is board-eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He provides care out of our Pasadena, California location. The primary areas of care he offers are: facial surgery, top surgery and body contouring. Dr. Weber is passionate about providing quality, compassionate medical care to the trans, non-binary and gender expansive communities we serve. He strives to make sure his patients feel like partners and collaborators in their health journey.

Since the beginning of his medical career, Dr. Weber has focused on gaining meaningful surgical education and practice in gender-affirming medicine. He joins us after having successfully completed the UCLA Craniofacial Gender Affirming Surgery Fellowship. There, he received world-class training in facial masculinization, facial feminization and reconstructive techniques (esp. nasal and jaw).

Prior, he gained significant experience in Miami offering body contouring, breast and chest reconstruction procedures. Dr. Weber has also published peer-reviewed medical research in this area, on how to reduce patient complications after a gluteal fat transfer (aka., Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL). Even when he faced institutional barriers to providing transgender care in Florida, his determination helped him find creative ways to gain skills and experience relevant to our community’s needs.
